Refunds & returns

If you wish to return any 'Dry' non-perishable products, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Returns must be made at your own cost within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Returns must be received in their original condition.

 

Damaged goods

If any of your products are damaged in any way upon receipt, please email me at hello@anastasiaspantry.co.uk  Please send an image of the damaged product along with your Order Number and an explanation of the problem.  If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.

Please note that all granolas contain nuts.Although all ingredients are gluten free, this product is not Gluten Free certified.  If you are a high-risk persons with a severe condition, I would advise not to consume this product and if you have already made a purchase please contact me to inform me. Suitable for vegans.

You'll be happy to know that our British suppliers are just as environmentally conscious as we are! All of our gluten free jumbo oats are delivered in large paper sacks. The eco friendly cardboard boxes that we receive all our nuts in are repurposed and reused by us!
