Vegan cracker recipe - 25 calories each!

This recipe is all about delicious yet ‘clean’ crackers! Please note that you can adapt this recipe and the ingredients to whatever suits your needs or taste buds! i.e. if you’re gluten free or if you prefer different flavours!


Yummy flavoured crackers don’t have to be expensive because you can make and bake them at home instead! And it honestly takes less than 20 minutes to make. That way you know what is going into your food, you make it the way YOU like and you can impress some people along the way! Like at a dinner party maybe?



Crackers are so versatile, and you can season them anyway you like, for any occasion and then dip them in homemade hummus, guacamole, whatever you’re into!

These crackers suits everyone’s needs because you can easily make them gluten free and they’re already sugar free and dairy free so you can’t go wrong! Also I’ve made mine extra interesting by adding a vegan crunchy snack on top (they’re also gluten free)! Love corn kindly gifted me all of their flavours so here is me experimenting!



Ingredients you need:

1 cup flour (110 grams) (wheat, spelt, chickpea, buckwheat all work!)

Pinch of salt

2 Tbsp oil (olive oil, rapeseed oil, coconut oil, avocado oil etc.)

5-8 Tbsp water (depending on the consistency of the dough) I used 7!

Whatever and how many seasonings you like! (smoked paprika, sea salt, black pepper, cumin, herbs etc.)
