Our first ever market was in Burgess Hill at the Church Walk market that runs on the second Saturday of every month. See if you can spot an exclusive product in our stall set up below... Okay I'll tell you, it's a new flavour of protein balls which will be released in the New Year!
We were kindly invited to this particular market by our stockist - the zero waste shop called Scrapless located in the heart of Burgess Hill. Meg, the owner, ran her stand alongside me the whole day. As we share similar visions for our eco-friendly businesses and views on climate change, we were promoting each other's business like it was our own. Meg attends this market every month so if you're in the area make sure to pop by her stall as well as many other local traders' pop ups for some festive goodies.
So how did we actually do? Well it was definitely a fulfilling experience for me seeing regular customers that buy our granola from Scrapless as well as new admirers of the business. The large majority of our products sold which was a cause for celebration. Anastasia's Pantry will undoubtedly start having a market presence in areas such as Kingston, Teddington and Richmond so make sure to keep an eye on your emails for where we are next.
