Pottery Keepsakes, Coffee & Scones

Join us for a cosy afternoon at The Bickley Arms in Chislehurst, with coffee, fresh scones and a very special pottery keepsake session with Flying Colours Pottery.

We’ll be spending the afternoon creating beautiful personalised pottery using your little one’s handprints or footprints — a lovely keepsake to take home and treasure, or a very sweet gift for grandparents and family.

Charlotte from Flying Colours will be there to help with your little one’s prints and personalise your chosen piece, so you don’t need to be particularly crafty (or somehow convince your baby to sit perfectly still! 🤍).

And, as always, this is just as much about the mums. There’ll be plenty of time to enjoy your coffee and scone, chat, meet other local mums and let the little ones play while we spend a relaxed couple of hours together.

Your ticket includes £14.50 credit towards the pottery piece of your choice, including the £5 one off firing fee for your entire order for the items to be professional glazed & fired.

You can choose from the followingoptions:

• Coaster (10 × 10cm) — £9.50 (included in your ticket)

• Large tile (15 × 15cm) — £14.50

• Mug — £24

• 20cm side plate — £24

• Trinket pot with lid — £26

• Cube-shaped planter — £28

• 18cm canister with bamboo lid — £46

Personalisation is included at no additional charge.

You can order as many pieces as you like on the day, upgrage to a larger keepsake and simply pay the difference directly to Flying Colours Pottery on the day, or choose a coaster (£9.50) with no extra cost.

Payment by cash or card on the day.

After the event

🎨 Pottery collection: Finished keepsakes will be professionally fired by Flying Colours Pottery and returned to The Bickley Arms for collection. Your finished pottery will be available within 3-4 weeks. The collection date will be confirmed with attendees once your pottery is ready.

Venue Information 📍

🚗 Parking: The Bickley Arms has a small free customer car park, with spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. Paid parking is also available nearby at Chislehurst Station.

👶 Baby changing: Baby-changing facilities are available at the venue.

🚼 Prams: Prams are very welcome and there will be space for prams alongside our group.

🧸 Little ones: We’ll have our play mat and a selection of toys available for babies and toddlers during the afternoon.

☕ Food & drink: Your ticket includes a hot drink and scone. Additional food and drinks can also be purchased directly from The Bickley Arms on the day.

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the afternoon small, relaxed and give everyone plenty of time with Flying Colours Pottery, so advance booking is essential.

Come for the tiny handprints, stay for the coffee, scones and grown-up conversation. 🤍

We can't wait to spend a lovely afternoon creating something special together.

📸 Photography: We may take photos and short videos during the picnic to share on Anastasia’s Circle social media and for future event promotion. If you'd prefer for yourself or your little one not to be photographed, just let me know on the day.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that plans can change, especially when you’re a mum! 💛

If you’re unable to attend an event, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on when you notify us, we can offer the following:

• More than 2 days notice: You can choose between a full refund or 100% credit to use towards another Anastasia’s Circle event within 3 months.

• At least 24 hours’ notice: We can offer 50% credit towards another Anastasia’s Circle event within 3 months.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund or credit.

We really appreciate you letting us know as early as possible, as this gives another mum the opportunity to take your place. 💕
